About Hire


How to Place an Order with Us!

 

  1. Please feel free to contact us with any ideas for your event, along with any questions you may have so we can help in the best way we can. If you have found something on our site you like, make a note of the # reference of the items you would like to hire.
  2. Call or email us the # reference(s) or if it's lighting just confirm the same in your call/email. We will also need the date you would like to hire, the duration of hire and a contact number or email.
  3. We will check the availability of the selected items and contact you to let you know availability and give you an itemized quote.

 


Hire Periods / Prices

 

  • All prices given are for a period of 24 hours, this includes set up and clearing times unless otherwise stated.

 

  • We gladly deliver free within a 5 mile radius from Wolverhampton, for orders outside this area a £0.45p per mile charge is applied.

 

  • A 20% deposit of the total hire cost will need to be paid before the hire date, this will be displayed in any quotes given.

 

  • Please note that the person hiring is responsible for the safety and security of items hired, and that damage or loss of items will result in a replacement or repair cost becoming payable.

 

  • If you would like to discuss longer hire periods we will be very happy to talk to you about what you require. In addition to this we may be able to offer discounts for longer hire periods. Please contact us for more information.

 


Installation / Clearing

 

  • We deliver and install (unless hire is on a DIY bases) all large props / FX's and certain lighting equipment and all themes as this requires specialist handling of items. An example of this is the haunted house theme or our animated butler.

 

 

  • We ask that you do not move any large props or themes that we have installed in your venue. We do this to ensure that no harm can come to you or your guests.

 

 

  • Smaller props are delivered and you can move these where you wish.

 

 

  • Unless hire is on a DIY bases we will clear all props and equipment as part of the hire so you don't have to.

 


Your Venue

 

  • Some items do require level ground, so please give us as much information as possible about the area(s) the lighting, FX equipment, props or themes are to be placed when booking.

 

  • Please keep in mind that displays cannot be placed near fire exits or blocking safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, or where there is a heat source such as outdoor heaters or lights as these pose a danger.

 


About Inflatable Hire

 

  • All inflatables hired are subject to weather conditions i.e. heavy winds when being hired externally. In this case an alternative hire date will be offered, if this not an option any paid money will be returned.

 

  • All inflatables require a power source, please read the Power Source section below.

 

  • Our inflatables are not bouncy castles, please check the description before ordering.

 


Power Source

 

  • Some external props/themes may require a power source, where a power source cannot be used we are able to supply a generator for an additional charge. Please note that not all external props/themes require an external power source as these run on batteries, an example being our Haunted Graveyard theme display. Please contact us with any questions about this.

 

  • With regard to internal props/themes that require a power source, you will be require to provide power sockets.

 


Cancellations


  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the hire date will still be charged at the full booking cost.
  • Any cancellations before 48 hours of the hire date will be refunded excluding any deposit paid.
